How long does a custom order take?
Most orders are ready in 3–5 business days. Rush orders are available for an added fee — $20 for same-day, or $10 for next-day.
How do I place an order?
Choose your product from the Shop page, fill out the order form with your design details, and submit. I'll follow up by email or phone to confirm the details before I start making it.
Can I send my own design or image?
Yes! Just submit your image in the upload area on the order form.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept cash and Cash App.
Do you ship, or is pickup only?
Both — shipping is available for an additional fee, and local pickup is also available.
What's your return or remake policy?
On custom items, returns are not accepted, but mistakes on my end will be remade free of charge.
Can I order in bulk for an event or business?
